SCBA marks centennial with city proclamation
Founded in 1926, the Sarasota County Bar Association (SCBA) has served attorneys, judges and legal professionals for generations. The organization has helped shape Sarasota’s legal and civic landscape by promoting ethical practice, continuing legal education and fostering collaboration in the legal community.
On behalf of the City Commission, Liz Alpert, Sarasota City Commissioner-District 2, presented a proclamation at the SCBA’s centennial luncheon celebrating the Sarasota County Bar Association’s 100th anniversary. SCBA President Sara Castro and President-elect Alan Perez were on hand to receive the honor.
