Sarasota County Emergency Services said 14 units used “fast action and teamwork” to keep a structure fire from spreading in the 300 block of Pine Run Drive in Osprey.

Crews from the Sarasota County Fire Department responded quickly and brought the fire under control within 15 minutes. The department said the response prevented the fire from spreading to nearby units.

Emergency officials reported no evacuations, no civilian injuries, and no transports. They also said resources are available for those impacted.

Sarasota County Emergency Services thanked firefighters and emergency responders for their work.
